I got the following tips from the 24/7 Fat Loss plan. It’s a new program that I’ve recently read which teaches how to take your fat loss to a whole new level and make your body burn a ridiculous amount of fat (in a good way) very quickly. So, use these tips only if you want to lose a lot of weight fast.
1. Do metabolic resistance training workouts – These are special strength workouts which were designed to burn the most fat possible. The power of these workouts come from how they get your metabolism to skyrocket. This ensures a rapid fat loss because you simply burn more fat than you’ve ever done before.
2. Train your mindset for success – You need to be motivated to succeed with your diet. You can’t just do workouts. You need to work on your mind. Do some affirmations and positive mindset exercises to help you train your mind for success.
3. Do hard cardio – You can’t really get results with regular cardio workouts. You need to do intense workouts which train your body in a changing environment. If you do that, you will get a very fast fat loss with your cardio. If not, you will be frustrated.
4. Give it time – Whether you need to lose 10 pounds or 20, you have to give it time. It won’t happen in a day. It will take a bit of effort. So, be patient and you will make it.

Take a good look at the food that you are buying in the grocery store. Did you pick out food from the sides of the grocery store or in the middle where the processed foods are? Beware of the middle aisle because this is where all the delicious trans fat food are being placed which give you that extra weight. Are you keeping a food journal? Its a great way to monitor and see what you’re always eating or what food is the hardest to give up. Do you find yourself always leaving home with an empty stomach because subconsciously you know you can easily grab a bite anywhere else? Start cooking and eating a nutritious meal at home so that you’re mouth won’t water when you do go out malling and such which reduces the possibilities of eating unhealthy food and eating too much. Following these three tips will help you on your path to the
